WHAT IS 709 FREQUENCY?
709 Frequency started as a way for me to turn the sh*t going on inside my head into something I could actually see, hear and wear.
What started with graphic designs became music, stories, characters, anxiety ghosts, haunted transmissions and a whole universe built around unlearning anxiety.
I'm still figuring it out.
That's kind of the point.
Healing doesn't happen in silence.
Sometimes you have to turn the frequency up.
